√ we will try to post your story
   to our web in 3 weeks or less

 

 if FAX, first use:  806-938-2499

√ you will be notified when it has
   been posted to our web site

By sending us your story, you, the author(s), agree that it becomes the property of Texas Association of School-Based Health Centers, also known as TASBHC, to use as we deem worthy.  You also agree that it may become available for use elsewhere than the TASBHC web site and that TASBHC shall not be held liable in any way for the use of your story whether it is in our control to do so or not.  We (TASBHC) agree to edit your story ONLY with your permission and that reasonable attempts shall be made to ensure that it remains in its original intended form with credit to the author(s).  We also agree to remove the story page and file from our web site if you request it in written or electronic format (verbal agreement shall be considered nonbinding, but may be honored).
